Sometimes when you come upon a link for downloading ebook or a video or anything through any website like rapidshare ,megaupload etc ,you have to wait for some time , 1 minute or 2 minutes and you have limited data to download
If you have to cut these rules there are two options
Register those sharing sites by paying them for unlimited downloading for 1 day ,2 days ,1 week , it depends or just user any fake IP by paying for Fke IP generating software
