I use something called PeaZip because is doesn't hassle me about buying a "full version"
Have you ever used ALZip? The third party site, "Top Ten reviews" ranked ALzip as Top3 file compression program in 2009. Check it at the bottom link.

in present i use "winrar" compressing s/w, can you tell me which software can compress the highest space.
I used winzip and winrar long time ago , but one friend told me about 7zip and that's the perfect software for this kind of things. You can compress or decompress any type of archives , so I don't need anything else. Also , you can add WinAce too at that list , I used it long time ago(not sure if it still exists).

Man, I'd never thought there could be this so many zip application. It make me difficult to choose one.
Hey I never knew there are so many softwares for compressing. I am still not sure which is the best compression software but I have been constantly using winrar always.
You missed my favorite Izarc. Used it once and never needed anything else again. I would highly recommend it to everyone...

I use Winzip because it compresses files very nicely. It compress file almost half of its original size. I haven't tried the others yet but I prefer Winzip since it's proven and trusted. Thanks for sharing this.
