All of these were owned by Yahoo ! and now closed !
Similarly Yahoo! Publisher Network too is now going to be a part of these services.
Yes ! This is cent percent true and not rumor like MyBlogLog which created a buzz about discontinuing services . I , being a chitika publisher , recently got a mail that read ;

Earlier today, Yahoo! emailed a small group of publishers participating in the Yahoo! Publisher Network self-service beta program (also known as “YPNO” or “Yahoo Publisher Network Online”), to inform them that we have decided to close the program effective April 30, 2010. This only affects our self-service platform for small publishers who syndicate our Content Match (contextual) listings.
Its only for small publishers that this service is banned , while for huge paying publishers its still alive ! small Publishers are being pushed to Chitika instead of microsoft publisher network as yahoo and bing have a search engine sponsored results tie up , Also shown on Yahoo publisher network site is section on its website to “make the transition from Yahoo! Publisher Network as easy as possible”.
Yahoo publisher network was highly touted as an awesome alternative to google adsense and many adsense banned webmasters had migrated to YPN . Yahoo was easily approving YPN accounts to USA and UK inhabitants . Now again people will turn to adsense as adsense still has a huge market and it is of Google ! Chitika , some coolest famous web celebrities call itto be number 2 source of income after adsense ! However chitika ads are seen only by people from USA and UK though organic traffic only - ie search engines . Thus more Search engine optimized the site is , more high earnings on chitika !
